About Neevik
Neevik is a quick-commerce platform, operated by Zyrkon Tech Private Limited, offering delivery
of construction materials and on-demand trade services (such as electricians, plumbers, and
other skilled professionals) across India, with a target delivery time of 60 minutes, subject to
product and location availability.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to
use Neevik’s services.
Placing Orders
- Product prices, descriptions, and availability are updated regularly but may occasionally contain errors, which we will correct as soon as identified.
- All prices are transparent and fixed at the time of order confirmation, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation.
- There is no minimum order value required to place an order on Neevik.
Delivery
- We aim to deliver within 60 minutes of order confirmation; however, actual delivery time may vary due to factors like traffic, weather, location, or product/service availability.
- Live order tracking is available so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.
- Delivery is available pan-India, subject to serviceability in your specific location.
Payments
- We accept various payment methods, including online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD), as displayed at checkout.
- A GST invoice will be issued for every order, in accordance with applicable tax laws.
On-Demand Services
- Neevik connects you with independent, verified vendors and service professionals for on-demand trade services.
- While we verify vendors before onboarding them to our platform, the actual service is performed by the individual vendor/professional, and Neevik acts as a facilitator connecting you with them.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch as per our cancellation window, mentioned at checkout.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund and cancellation timelines for specific products or services may vary — details
are shared at the time of order.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery address and contact details.
- Be available to receive the order or service at the scheduled time and location.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Vendor Conduct
We maintain a network of verified vendors and take vendor conduct seriously. If you face any
issue with a vendor or delivery, please report it to our support team, and we will investigate
promptly.
Intellectual Property
All content on Neevik’s website and app — including logos, designs, graphics, and text — is the
property of Zyrkon Tech Private Limited and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Neevik strives to provide reliable service but is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused
by factors outside our reasonable control, including vendor conduct, third-party service
disruptions, or force majeure events.
