Neevik is operated by Zyrkon Tech Private Limited. You can request deletion of your Neevik account and the data linked to it at any time.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@neevik.in from the email address linked to your account, or call +91 93191 67519 from your registered mobile number.
- Write “Delete my Neevik account” and include your registered mobile number.
- We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.
What we delete
Your profile (name, mobile number, email), saved addresses, saved items and preferences, and loyalty (Neevik Saathi) data.
What we keep
Order, invoice and payment records are kept for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law, and are then deleted.
