Neevik is built and operated by Zyrkon Tech Private Limited (“Neevik”, “we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy sets out, in plain terms, what happens to your data when you use our website, app, or any related service β from browsing a product category to booking a site electrician. 1.3 Where This Data Comes From
Most of it comes straight from you β signing up, checking out, messaging support, or filling in a vendor request form. Some of it is generated automatically as you use the app (device and usage data). And a smaller portion comes from people we work with on your behalf: our payment gateway, delivery partners, and the verified vendors who take up your service requests.
1.4 What We Actually Do With It
In short: we use your information to run the platform, get your order to you, and keep improving your experience. Specifically, we use your data to:
- Set up and secure your account, and remember your saved addresses and preferences.
- Match your order to the right dark store or verified vendor, and keep your delivery on the 60-minute timeline.
- Send order updates such as order confirmations, live tracking links, delivery OTPs, and GST invoices.
- Investigate and resolve complaints, refund requests, and vendor-related issues.
- Analyze demand across categories, cities, and services to improve inventory planning and staffing.
- Detect and prevent fraudulent orders, fake accounts, and misuse of COD or refund policies.
- With your consent, send promotional offers and product updates, with an easy option to opt out at any time.
We do not use your data to make automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you without human oversight.
1.5 Consent and Legal Grounds
Where required under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process your personal data on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Your consent β For activities such as sending promotional messages or optional profiling. You may withdraw your consent at any time, and this will apply to future processing.

- Payment service providers β Payment transactions are processed securely by our payment partners. We do not collect or store your full card details or UPI credentials.
- Service providers β Trusted third-party providers that support our platform, including hosting, SMS/WhatsApp notifications, analytics, and customer support, process your data only on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Legal authorities β We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order, or other valid legal process.
- Business transfers β If Neevik undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new entity, subject to the same privacy commitments described in this Privacy Policy.

Your data is primarily hosted in India. If any processing tool we use stores or accesses data from outside India, we make sure that’s backed by an appropriate contractual safeguard.
